📄 Selection Process & Certificate

Process: Written exam → (Level 1/2) → Document Verification/interview for recruitment posts

Certificate: REET certificate valid for lifetime, qualifies you for teaching Classes I–VIII in Rajasthan


📚 Exam Centers

Include all major cities like Jaipur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, etc. Candidates could pick up to 3 preferences during application


📊 Salary (Post-Qualification)

Entry salary as per 7th Pay Commission, approx ₹23,700 (Level-10 of Pay Matrix)

Can rise up to ₹44,300+ depending on grade

Mode: Offline (OMR-based)

Questions: 150 MCQs (1 ques = 1 mark)

Duration: 2½ hours each paper

Child Development & Pedagogy – 30 Q

Language II – 30 Q

Level 1: Mathematics – 30 Q; Environmental Studies – 30 Q

Level 2: Mathematics & Science OR Social Science – 60 Q

📝 Eligibility Criteria

Level 1 (Classes I–V) – Primary Teacher

Education: Senior Secondary (≥ 50%)* + either:

2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

4-year B.El.Ed

2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

Graduation + D.El.Ed

*(Or ≥45% with NCTE-regulated D.El.Ed)

Level 2 (Classes VI–VIII) – Upper Primary Teacher

Education: Graduation (≥50%) + either:

1-year B.Ed

2-year D.El.Ed

4-year B.El.Ed or BA/BSc.Ed

B.Ed in Special Education

Graduation (≥45%) + B.Ed per NCTE norms

Age limit: Minimum 18 years. No upper age limit

Single paper (Level 1 or 2): ₹550

Both papers: ₹750
